Social Media Work

Outdoor Adventure Centre

At the outdoor adventure centre where I work, activities like climbing, archery, and canoeing help kids build confidence, resilience, and a sense of achievement. Through social media, I’ve been learning to tell these stories, capturing the experience from both sides: the excitement and pride of the young people taking on new challenges, and the dedication and encouragement of the instructors guiding them.

Whether it’s a kid’s first time hitting the target, a team working together to paddle across the lake, or an instructor supporting someone to reach the top of the wall, each post shares a moment of growth and connection.

Skincare Brand

I created Instagram content for black-owned small business DeStress Body. Creating content for the business has allowed me to find new ways of relaying information in interesting ways in terms of transition and layout in order to keep the viewers attention. Below is what I have made so far. Currently, a website is in the process of being designed for the business.

High Street Shop

A few months into my sales advisor role, I wanted to take on a bit more responsibility. There were some staff members that would also be responsible for promoting products, offers and events on social media, I decided to join in and build my editing skills. While putting posts up on the shop's Instagram, I learnt about insights and using them to create content that is more likely to gain interaction than not. Below are examples of the content I have made for the Instagram page, all of this content has either gone on their story or been uploaded as a reel.
